At "Al-Shafiyah Natural Foods" we are committed to providing high-quality natural products. Due to the nature of food items, we generally do not accept returns once a product has been opened or consumed.

You may request a replacement or refund within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • arrow_right The package was leaking or broken upon arrival.
  • arrow_right The product received is expired or unfit for consumption.
  • arrow_right The order is incomplete or contains missing items.

To process your request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • close Opened or partially consumed products
  • close Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

Issue a refund through the original payment method or bank transfer.
